Fine collection of 17th & 18th century deeds, indentures, books etc. Many with reference to Sharpless & Darlington families of Chester & Delaware county including, 1829 Sharpless Indenture, Hand written journal turned scrapbook "Daniel & Amos Sharples's Daybook Containing Debt and Credit for the Year 1783"--book is full of hand written entries and many pages have been filled with early newspaper clippings (including one on How to Tree a Bear), 1862 Baldwin County GA Misdemeanor document with slavery tie in, quantity of 18th century deeds and indentures on vellum (1716 English indenture, 1698 deed Chester Creek area, 2 1774 deeds signed by John Penn also mention Thomas Penn (both sons of William Penn)
